With no project too large or too small, Sikora Creations offers our clients a complimentary initial consultation at your location in which we evaluate the job site, the scope of work, and scale of design build services. At this time we also focus on understanding your ultimate needs and desires as well as your budget requirements.

After the initial consultation, a written proposal including, fee structure and anticipated completion date, will be established based on your budgetary requirements, and scope of work.

Upon acceptance of the written proposal, creative work will begin and you’ll be provided with either a detailed hand-drawn or AUTO CAD plan of the project. Should interior design services be requested, color boards will be presented with conceptual ideas that demonstrate samples of color, fabric, tile, carpet, specialty finishes as well as furniture & lighting specification sheets. Once the plans are finalized, we’ll refine the final budget for your final approval.

Then the fun begins as we go through the of visiting design studios, selecting interior finishes, meeting with craftsmen, and putting the finishing touches on the final job. While we will manage the job site and oversee the design, remodeling and installation phases, you are welcome to be as involved or uninvolved in the process as interested. In fact, our clients are so comfortable with our process and so pleased with our final product, that many choose to take a vacation while the real magic occurs!
